LotR Trilogy in Arlington 4/25

OK, local hobbit posse!

Who's up for going to see the theatric version of LotR trilogy on the big (biggish, really) screen at Arlington Cinema & Drafthouse the Sunday after next, April 25th?

Also, I don't think that highly of the food there, so would anyone be up for missing part of TTT to get an early dinner at one of the restaurants on the block around the theater?

Yay!!! Sure, I can pick you up. I haven't bought it yet--in case no one else wanted to go, I didn't feel like doing it solo since I've been to it a couple of times before. I doubt it will sell out--it wasn't that crowded last year, so you don't have to ush to get the ticket, but I'd get it online before Saturday. You can sneak in snacks--to be safe, just put a shirt or something over the stuff in the bag. People bring costumes for the costume contest so they expect people to bring bags of stuff.

I completely understand not wanting to do it solo! It's hard to get motivated to trek somewhere when you're all by your lonesome. :p

Between 10:30 and 11:00 a.m. good. It takes half an hour to 45 minutes to get there if there isn't a jam.

I like going lots of places on my own, but I wanted fellowship for this.

Perfect. :) I have to go to Sunday School (I was enlisted to bring the goodies before I decided to bail on church...), but I should be back home by 10:30a. So anytime after that is great. You still have my address and everything?

I have messaged you. :) I ordered my ticket yesterday, but never actually got the 'official' email confirmation... good thing I printed the page that came up after I placed my order. ;)
