Happy Halloween, Samhain, and beginning of the holiday season from our home to yours!
Tuxie enjoying his perch on the world and his safe distance from it. No kitty born in the wild renounced the world for a kitty condo as fast and decisively as he did.
Bingo and Sam enjoying a Halloween (end of Winterfilth) sunset.
More pics of this bucolic scene can be found here.
And I'll be happy if I can ever get rid of this cold/virus/thing, that started at the end of NYC trip, almost went away, and came for another round this week. Meh. Off to bed with me. Goodnight!

Funny how different animals deal with the inside/outside thing. I know plenty of former ferals that regard Outside as the uttermost reaches of hell. But Gabriel loves being able to go out. And come back in again, preferably 4,000 times a day.

Heee! Loveable pain in the butt!
Tuxie's moving in particularly amused me because he decided to move in before his mom, Moo, who was the socialized one who adored being petted by anyone. She did not decide to become a completely indoor cat until I moved from my efficiency into the one bedroom in the building next door, which she checked out and approved before I moved into it. In the efficiency she'd cry nonstop to be taken back out, but in the one bedroom, she's never made a peep at the door.
