I am fine. I got to go back to my minimum wage part-time job shelving books at the library again (all the City part-time positions were cut two years ago, so it's been a while), which pleases me and pays the vet bills. I've been gardening a lot, as we had more house-yard projects going on, too. Bad knees have prevented me from taking walks this year but they're improving.
The cats? Elsa and Charles are rip-roarin' whippersnappers still although they had their second birthdays last month. Angelo is hanging in there, although he is very thin in his long decline. I thought he would be dead in a month back in May, but with thrice-weekly subcutaneous hydrations he has been hanging in there. Still eats a little, bony, but also still a lover boy, like a limpet, wanting always to be on our shoulders, in our laps or snuggling with us on the couch or in bed.
