Thanks. We had a very good time, Lavender. Now, back to real life. Sort of. But I will be gone again for two weeks -- in two weeks! It's time to visit my mother again. She sounds very glum and frail in our phone calls. I wish she would come live with us. We've been asking her for a decade. But she won't come, too cold and horrible. Maybe she'll relent. I think it's going to be a nursing home one of these days, her hugest dread, or else the cold and horrible place: up here with us in northern Minnesota.
