Charlie Ross is doing his One Man LotR Show at the Birchmere in Alexandria, VA tomorrow night, and I highly recommend it if you can make it and scrape up the money for the ticket. It's totally hilarious. I saw it a few years ago at ORC in LA, so I bet he's added some more material since. The food is good at the Birchmere, too (regular DC area prices), so you don't have to eat beforehand.

He's been doing a One Man Star War's show for the past several years, so maybe you saw that? I didn't get a chance to catch it when it was in town, but I was never as big a Star Wars nerd as a LotR nerd. He did the LotR one once before at ORC a few years ago, where I saw it. This show is the beginning of his taking the LotR one on tour for the next few years. He does an amazing job. All the years his poor family had to suffer alone putting up with him.
