I read it a couple of months ago--I can't remember if I posted about it or not. I enjoyed the first half and how well and compellingly it presented the tumultuousness of her life in war time and exile, but the second half, not as much. The author reads MC as quite a bit off her rocker in the latter part of her life, and as a staunch Cavendish partisan, I take issue with that portrayal of her. (-:
