This was the prettiest summer solstice I can remember and, it being the longest day of the year, that's a very good thing. I took an extra long walk around the lake, marveling at gorgeous dragon flies with sky blue bodies tinged with a neon indigo and with shining sea-green heads, our solitary great blue heron, ducks a plenty, and lovely passion flowers just rising above the grasses sheltering them. But no turtles--I'm wondering where they all went, and if they know something I should know.(-;
And tarot readings are extra fun to do with a rotund cat rolling all over the cards.(-:
