Argh! I hated apartment inspections. When I used to live at Fountain Pointe, they wouldn't even notify you of an inspection. They just walked on it unannounced. The last time we received a warning because there were 4 bags of trash sitting by the door that hadn't made it out to the giant trash bin outside. So glad to be living in our double sided mobile home now.
