*hugs you lots* It really sucks that whole apartment inspection thing. :( I worry about that for when I'll move into a more traditional apartment this year, but my plan is to totally downsize before I move there.
And as for spring? WHERE? What is this spring that you speak of? We're supposed to get 4 inches on Sunday. No, not four inches of rain, but of SNOW. WHAT???? We never get snow in late march.
