The days are much too short in this hemisphere I'm posting from, so it's time for some Saki Spam! Murasaki Took thinks the world would be a better place if everyone curled up in fleecy blankets more . . .
Behold the Saki-Maki!
And now Saki demonstrates the latest in plastic bag fashions. Because who can resist sticking their head through the handle of a plastic bag, I ask you?
"Yeah, I look fucking adorable. So when you're done cooing and laughing, how's about helping me out of this thing before I fucking suffocate in a most adorable manner, OK? Thanks."
"I used to be the cutest thing in this home. Moo, Tuxie? No competition. Then she got these plastic hobbit dolls, and you'd think they were as cute as me from how she'd act. So I figured, if I just wore some plastic . . ."

Experience says you're not paranoid in this. Frodo and Sam like the top shelf very, very much.

I've been posting a couple pics a day most every day for the last couple of weeks of the fall colors around my lake, so when you're ready for a tour, just go to my LJ--I've filled the whole first page with them--you'll like the late afternoon light effects in some of them.
I hope you had a lovely visit with your mom.

I'm glad you had a good visit. Yeah, temps have been fine here--we're just molding away from the rain, but it is giving us green lawns and undergrowth for December, at least.
