Chapter 7. A Grey Mist Dissolved: Bingo Bolger-Baggins

I feel quite refreshed from our respite and the roseberries we found there. It seems Saffron does as well, if her pace is any measure of it. The air is much cooler here. As I mentioned before, the seasons in Eldamar are such that they vary from vale to vale.

Bingo will be glad to tell you more, and take you some place you may be seeing in other venues today . . .

Hello Ms. Seaya! (-:

I've been trying to decide if I want to, with all that has been going down lately, and not wanting to go where friends don't feel safe to go, and if I can afford to, but your sweet comment to ask is swaying me toward the "will go" side, as well as the "what can we do to help make it friendlier space for fen of color" issue. Do you know who else in our circles is going?

It was terrible to lose her--what a year for losing the greats. I'm so glad we got to go together and see her, too though. (-: I did get to see her once before in 1978 in Timbuktu!, but only from the far balcony. And last week, I discovered that my coworker also went with her mama to see the show, maybe the same night, and she found this utube of Eartha's fabulous entrance that I will never ever forget, because no one else could make such an entrance.

I will send my email addy to your inbox pronto.

*hugs*
