Help for Katrina Survivors Evacuating from Gustav

People are trying to evacuate now before Gustav hits New Orleans by Monday. No one who survived Katrina should be going through this again.

If you can afford to donate anything at all by paypal, credit card, or by mailing a check, INCITE! is taking donations here "to help low-income women of color and their families evacuate safely if need be, stay safe for the duration of the evacuation, and return to the city as soon as possible so as not to fall prey to the pushout that has kept so many folks from being able to return to New Orleans since Katrina."

My heart goes out to those who are still unable to leave, for whatever reason, and for everyone who went through Katrina and their PTSD is being triggered right now--I'm sure there are some folks who are just incapacitated by it, and some of those we're going to lose.
