Tuxie was at a formal gathering of fellow tuxedo kitties, and heard from Ginny and Noah that it was synecdochic's birthday, so he made sure that we wish you a very happy birthday.
Thank you, he is a very pretty boy. That is Tuxie, an unimaginative name because when I took him in, I wasn't intending to keep him. Timmi is a tuxedo, I take it? How many kitties do you live with?
He's really really pretty! At the moment 12 cats are living with us, 9 of them we took from several animal shelters, all of them are more or less ill but that's why we took them. They wouldn't get another chance finding a home. My oldest ones are 14 and 15 years, the youngest 3 years. I can tell you sometimes it's like a big cat storm is blowing through my flat :-) All of them are girl, a boy wouldn't have a chance among them because they now they are princesses (more or less). At the moment they are sound asleep after playing for another with corks and sockballs. My icon shows one of the 5 years old - Bibi. When we get her she had to deal with a malignancy (she was 12 weeks then) and we had to wait until she was strong enough for the surgery. All went well but she has to go to the check-up half-yearly.
That's a lot of kitties to take care of if they were all well, let alone ill cats. How wonderful of you. "A big cat storm"--LOL--I love that phrase. I'm glad Bibi recovered so well form her malignancy. Tuxie, the cat pictured int his post, is 9. He has diabetes and his values have been varying lately, so I've been having to take him in about once a month lately. It's always something.
