Saki owned me. Here's how:

Excuse me, I want your attention.

In case you haven't noticed, I have a very fluffy belly.

But if you're too busy, I'll try to understand.

Now that I've got you where I want you . . .

Mine.

All mine.

Any objections?

I didn't think so.

You belong to me.
Last night was one week without her. The toughest. Just got to keep trudging forward without her, one week at a time. Thank you for all the care you've been sending me, my friends. It's been much appreciated and very needed. I miss my Saki noodle so much.

Ivan traps my hand under one of his paws when I scritch his belly like that, and I love it too! I hope someday your memories of Saki doing that will be more sweet than grieving. ::hugs::

Yes--the hand trap. How she did it would change over time--for a while she would clap my hand tight against her chest whenever she could--that really got to me. It's a little better at 2 1/2 weeks--slowly getting more bittersweet than searing. Thank you. *hugses*
