And the 3 day weekend is coming to a close, and I've run out of time to really update yet again, and so many chores still undone. Meh. Will keep trying to find time. I'm stressed, but I'm OK.

Three day weekends are a great thing! I was away for a few days with the kids, too, but am back home now and feeling all autmn-y and starting to think about Halloween (which is not a big deal over here) and St. Martin (which is). :)

Halloween is my favorite holiday. I'm still adjusting to my new work schedule and life outside work is being challenging, so weekends are just not enough time to get anything done lately. We have crap for leave time and I'm using most of it for medical appointments.

I always find it so very saddening to hear about the situation of employees in the US. :(
