Nothing--they emailed me back to ask what LotR was, so I spelled it out and I haven't heard back. So I don't know--it may take a while to connect, and I'm not sure if they'd agree to it. So I definitely won't have anything organized for the summer. If I do get a hold of them, I'd bet there are restrictions on showing the LotR EE's this summer because it would interfere with or be too close to the big showing New Line arranged in selected theater's in June. So go ahead and make other plans for the summer. It would be nice if we could schedule something here in October when the trees at the lake are at their autumn prettiest since there will be nothing going on in NYC then this year.
If the theater falls through, I could also see if the Marriott has a lounge or suite with a wide screen TV we could reserve, or if we can reserve a nice lounge area there, if we could bring in a rented widescreen. Would that be a good possibility?
Ed. I'm checking out the Marriott and they have this one suite that has a 64" flatscreen (the others all have 32" screens) but it seems to be booked up a lot of weekends--how would that be if we could get it?

No, you're right--he's regretting the life he's leaving behind due to his best resolve, but against his dearest wishes. He's verklempt with overwhelmed gratitude and resolved dread, because he understands the story he is walking into in accepting Galadriel's gift of the phial of Earendil's light and, despite the size of hobbit feet and their lack of being accustomed to shoes, those shoes he's stepping into feel soooo overwhelmingly big, and he'd really rather being going anywhere else.
Thank you, Mechtild. I think Frolijah is at his most beautiful in this scene. I'll keep sticking to caps until I get his nose and mouth down.
