I have one cat rescue site thus far that has agreed to post pics of Moo and Tuxie. I have three pages of pics up here. If you have a couple of spare minutes, would you look through the gallery pages and tell me which you think is the Most-Adoptable pic of each of them? I'd so appreciate it.

Also, since there's a good chance I'm going to be looking after them for a while, since all the rescues in the area seem to be overflowing, maybe I should give them better names than the first descriptive ones that came to mind. Tuxie kind of fits him, but I'm thinking he's more of a Smeagol--other suggestions? And Moomoo just isn't right for her, despite her Holstein cow coloring--she hops like a bunny sometimes, but she walks, stretches her looong legs, and has a profile and eyeliner like an elegant Egyptian cat god--something her mustache distracts from being immediately apparent. I was thinking Mirabella, or Bella for short. Other ideas?

Bella seems a fitting name. :) I like the pictures of her in the garden, #41 is particularly nice. The pictures of Tuxie on the curb probably show him off very pretty.

For Tuxie, I like the 'Whazzat' picture, followed by the 'How do you like my profile' shot. Moo, I like the 'Chaplin' picture. I'd say you could call her Chaplin, but that makes her sound like a boy. What about Cleo, for Cleopatra?

I like "Whazzat" for Tuxie, and "Charlie Chaplin" one for Moomoo.

I honestly like their names as they are now, because the names are cute and unique, but they are your cats :-)

Bella is a pretty name for her. Smeagol...would you really want Smeagol for a pet? ;) Maybe Proudfoot would work for Tuxie with those white socks of his? As for the pics, I like 38, 39, 44, 20, 18, and 30. Good luck with the rescues.

Tuxie and MooMoo Pix

Hi, Carole. I like photos 12 and 42. I think they're the same ones I picked at the house.

Re: Tuxie and MooMoo Pix

Yeah, you did pick 12 but not 42 because I didn't have that one then. I used 12 on the signs I've been putting up in the Petsmarts and Petcos in the area.(-:

Re: Tuxie and MooMoo Pix

Well, he's certainly a handsome little fellow and I really wish I could adopt him. As you know, there's no room at the inn. But, I'm going to make up flyers for Michelle and Val to put on their bulletin boards at work and I'll put one up at the BSC.

Hopefully, someone will come through for these two.

I'm still transitioning--I've been calling her both Moo and Bella. (-:

I think that profile shot is very dignified--they have such elegant profiles both of them. I had a red-eared turtle named Cleo when I was a kid--turned out to be a boy. I got him as a 25 cent turtle the size of a quarter--he lived 20 years indoors-- a little bigger than a hand.

I love Tuxie sitting up clutching the string--that's his "My preciousssss!" Smeagolly look. (-;

Re: Tuxie and MooMoo Pix

Ty so much, hon. I'd get some of the flyers I made to you, but I'm not sure when I things are going to settle down enough, with going back and forth to Jersey, for me to get over to you.

Ty.(-: I'm not sure how unique Tuxie is-- I think a lot of Tuxedo cats get called Tux--I've been calling him both Tuxie abnd Smeagol lately.

Hehehe--gawd, he looks so cute running at night when his body blends in--you can just see those little white boots going doot-doot-doot along as he trots over. I like Smeagol as a cat name--especially the way he clutches his string like it's The Precioussss!(-;

*G* Yes, but Smeagol isn't what most kitty owners are looking for! *L*! "Fresssssh fisssshhes!!!!!"
