I think he would prefer to either punch or sleep on top of the nonsense, but if the nonsense approaches him in caps, I think he would discard those options in favor of hiding behind the futon. Such are the ways of Tuxie Tinuviel Proudfoot.

Hmm. I see what you mean about Saki worrying about Tuxie being in range. Tuxie does have that "ready to casually clobber you" posture, right there.

And then he wonders why his most adored Saki won't groom him whenever he wants her to. Saki thought he was the cutest thing when he was 6 months old and still smaller than her, and they'd walk about with twined tails for the next couple of months. His mom Moo, who was done with the mothering gig when he was 6 months, still laughs about that one.
