Yikes! I would have been freaking out, too, but what a good thing you were there at that exact time to educate that boy and his family and save maybe!Verid from captivity. I'm sure the parents had no idea what they were about to do was wrong, but probably thought it was a great way to teach their kids about nature. :/ Go you!! Faramir would be proud!! As we are!!
